Following on from years of training in local community centres and gymnasiums, I established my own gym in 2013. I have designed fitness and weight loss programmes for a wide range of clients where I have gained extensive experience in general fitness and weight management for ladies. I take a holistic approach to individual goals and consider the clients stage in life; what they want out of their fitness training and how much time commitment they can give.
In addition to the individual training I deliver customised fitness classes and Kids Yoga to children in National Schools. I also deliver Health and Wellness Programmes to secondary schools.
I’m available, ready and eager to help any ladies achieve their fitness goals.
